Description
The BU9796Axxx series is a standard LCD segment driver with a maximum of 80 segments (SEG20xCOM4). It features an integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM) with a capacity of 20 x 4 bits (max 80 segments). The LCD drive output consists of 4 common outputs and a maximum of 20 segment outputs. The driver also includes an integrated buffer AMP for LCD driving and an integrated oscillator circuit. No external components are required, and the design offers low power consumption.
