Description
The BU9795Axxx series is a standard LCD segment driver with an integrated RAM for display data (DDRAM) of 35 x 4 bits (max 140 segments). It features an LCD drive output of 4 common outputs and a maximum of 35 segment outputs. The integrated buffer AMP for LCD driving and integrated oscillator circuit eliminate the need for external components. The low power consumption design makes it suitable for portable applications.
