BTS50085-1TMA Description
The BTS50085-1TMA is a high-side power switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. A common form of a transistor for weak-signal amplification is the field-effect transistor (FET) (for example, for amplifying wireless signals). Analog or digital signals can be amplified using the gadget. Moreover, it can switch DC or work as an oscillator.
