BTA25-800BW Description
Due to its superior commutation performance, Snubberles logic level and conventional TRIACs are specifically advised for use on inductive loads. These devices, which come in surfacemount and through-hole packaging options, are appropriate for general-purpose AC switching. In applications like static relays, controlling the temperature, induction motor starting circuits, etc., they can be utilized as an ON/OFF function. They can also be used for phase control operation in light dimmer and motor speed controller applications, among others. The versions at the logic level are made to connect directly to low power drivers like microcontrollers.
