Description
The bq2085 is an SBS-compliant gas gauge IC designed for use with Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries. It accurately measures available charge, monitors critical battery parameters, and communicates with the host controller via a serial bus. The bq2085 works in conjunction with the bq29311 AFE protection IC to provide complete pack electronics for 10.8-V or 14.4-V battery packs.
