Description
The bq2083-V1P2 is an SBS-compliant gas gauge IC designed for use with Li-ion and Li-polymer batteries. It provides accurate measurement of available charge, monitors critical battery parameters, and communicates with the system host controller over a serial bus. The bq2083-V1P2 is designed to work with the bq29311 analog front-end (AFE) protection IC to maximize functionality and safety in smart battery circuits.
