Description
BD6393FP and BD6395FP are simple stepping motor drivers with minimum functionality and various protection circuits.
Low power consumption bipolar PWM constant current-drive drivers with a rated voltage of 36V and rated output currents of 0.8A, 1.2A, and 1.5A.
Excitation modes include FULL STEP, HALF STEP, and QUARTER STEP.
Contributes to reduced mounting area, cost, and safety design.
