The BD2041AFJ and BD2051AFJ are single-channel high side switch ICs designed for USB ports. They feature a built-in low on-resistance N-channel MOSFET switch with a typical resistance of 80mΩ. These ICs are capable of handling a continuous current load of 0.5A.
