100nA volts is the maximum reverse leakage current of this device.In this device, there is an average rectified current of 200mA volts.An unwanted consequence of the primary action of this electronic or electrical device is the production of 385mW heat.Forward current may not exceed 200mA.200mA is its maximum current rating, which is the maximum current that a fuse can handle without deteriorating.This is the maximum amount of 625mA surge current that can be used.Depending on the capacitance, the device may deliver a value of 5pF.As the data chart indicates, the peak reverse is 100nA.Defining the breakdown voltage of a diode is to determine the highest reverse voltage that can be applied without causing an exponential rise in the leakage current, and its voltage is 250V.
