Description
Under voltage detectors with built-in voltage threshold and low power consumption
Designed to monitor power supplies
Use precision on-chip voltage reference and comparator to measure input voltage
Accurately reset systems after detecting voltage during power on/off
Detect voltage thresholds: 2.3V/2.5V/2.7V/2.9V/3.1V/3.3V/4.2V/4.5V
Built-in hysteresis prevents erratic operation due to noise
Available in TO-92 and SOT-89 packages

Oct: 300μA typical
ICCH: 30μA typical
Low minimum operating voltage for output resetting: 0.8V typical
Built-in hysteresis voltage: 50mV typical
Open collector output
Extended temperature range: -40 to 85°C
