Description
The AZ1117B is a low dropout three-terminal regulator optimized for low voltage applications where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. It features:
Trimmed bandgap reference for ±1% output voltage accuracy
On-chip thermal shutdown for protection against excessive junction temperature
Current limit of 1.0A (typical)
Maximum quiescent current of 6mA
Operation junction temperature range of -20 to 125°C
Features
Output noise from 10Hz to 10KHz: 0.003% of VOUT
PSRR at LOUT 300mA and f-120Hz: 70dB
