Fully protected five-terminal high-side switch designed for driving lamps
Features current sensing, over-current shutdown, over-temperature shutdown, ESD protection, and drain-to-source active clamp
Output power MOSFET turns on when input voltage (Vcc Vin) exceeds specified threshold
Output power MOSFET turns off when Vcc Vin falls below specified Vil threshold
Ifb pin used for current sensing
Over-current shutdown threshold exceeds lamp inrush current
