Description
The AP3012 is a high-power, constant-frequency, current-mode PWM, inductor-based, step-up (boost) converter. It operates at a high frequency (1.5MHz) to enable the use of a small, low-profile inductor. The AP3012 features built-in overvoltage protection (OVP) to enter shutdown mode when the output voltage exceeds 29V. It is available in a standard SOT-23-5 package.
