Description
The AP2145 is an integrated high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) and other hot-swap applications. It complies with USB 2.0 and is available with an active low Enable input. The device offers current and thermal limiting, short circuit protection, controlled rise time, and under-voltage lockout functionality. A 7ms deglitch capability on the open-drain Flag output prevents false over-current reporting without requiring external components.
