Description
The AP1120 series is a low dropout positive regulator that provides 1A output current capability. It is designed for low voltage IC applications such as high-speed bus termination and low current 3.3V/2.5V or 3.3V/1.8V logic supply. The AP1120 series has a guaranteed dropout of less than 1.3V at full load current, making it ideal for providing well-regulated outputs on dual channels with up to 18V input supply.
