Description
The AP1025BEN is a single stepper motor driver IC that provides a complete solution for driving stepper motors. It features a built-in LDMOS FET and internal charge pump circuit for constant current operation at 45V and 1.6A. The IC can be configured for either clock-in or parallel input mode, and supports various excitation modes including 2-phase, 1-2 phase (1/2 step), W1-2 phase (1/4 step), and 4W1-2 phase (1/16 step). It is housed in a small 32-pin QFN package and includes under voltage detection and thermal shut down circuits.
