Description
ADF5355BCPZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 32 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 13.6GHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.45V as a supply voltage. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.15V~3.45V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
