ADF4158CCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 3.3V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 2.7V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable performance. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with Clock logic levels.
