ADF4156BCPZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Providing a maximum frequency of 6.2GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
