ADF4107BCP-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 7GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.3V. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There should be 2.7V~3.3V provided with this RF synthesizer. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with Clock logic levels. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 20 bits.
