ADF4107BCP-REEL Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 7GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 3.3V of power as a maximum supply voltageThis frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
