ADF4106BCPZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. There should be 2.7V~3.3V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF).
