AD9520-3BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.25GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in CMOS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. A Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 64-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. The frequency synthesizer has 64 pins that are available.
