AD9520-2BCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
