AD9520-1BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer.
