AD9516-3BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 2.95GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here.
