Description
The AAT4910 is a 28V half-bridge dual MOSFET driver designed for high-current DC-DC converter and motor driver applications. It drives both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFET switches controlled by a logic input. The internal driver circuitry and MOSFET driver power are supplied by a 5V input, enabling the use of low-threshold MOSFETs. The high-side driver output stage can float at up to 28V, allowing for a wide range of power sources.
