Description
The AAT4280 SmartSwitch is a P-channel MOSFET power switch designed for high-side load switching applications. It features a low Roston of 80mΩ, allowing for increased load switch power handling capacity. The device is available in three versions with flexible turn-on and off characteristics, including slew rate limited, fast turn-on, and shutdown load discharge options. The AAT4280 operates with an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, making it suitable for both 3V and 5V systems. It also includes an under-voltage lockout and has low quiescent supply current (2.5μA typical).
