Description
The ICS8440041-01 is a 4-output LVDS synthesizer designed for generating Ethernet reference clock frequencies. It utilizes a 25MHz 18pF parallel resonant crystal to generate frequencies of 156.25MHz, 125MHz, and 62.5MHz based on the settings of the F_SEL[1:0] pins. The synthesizer employs IDT's 3rd-generation low phase noise VCO technology, achieving typical rms phase jitter of less than 1ps, meeting Ethernet jitter requirements. It is packaged in a compact 24-pin TSSOP package.
