Description
The 843004-125 is a 4-output LVPECL synthesizer designed for Ethernet reference clock frequencies. It utilizes IDT's low phase noise VCO technology, achieving typical rms phase jitter of 1ps or lower. The device features a selectable crystal oscillator interface or LVCMOS/LVTTL single-ended input, supporting a 25MHz crystal with 18pF parallel resonance. It operates in a full 3.3V supply mode and is available in a lead-free (RoHS 6) 24-pin TSSOP package.
