Description
The 840004-01 is a 4-output LVCMOS/LVTTL synthesizer designed for generating Ethernet reference clock frequencies. Utilizing a 25MHz, 18pF parallel resonant crystal, it can produce frequencies of 156.25MHz, 125MHz, and 62.5MHz based on the frequency select pins (FSEL1:0). The synthesizer employs IDT's low phase noise VCO technology, achieving typical random rms phase jitter of 1ps or lower, meeting Ethernet jitter requirements. It is packaged in a compact 20-pin TSSOP.
