78M6631-IM/F/P2 Overview
Packed in a Tube. A package called 68-VFQFN Exposed Pad. You can use it as a 3 Phase meter. This product is available in Surface Mount. As a result of -40°C~85°C, a higher operational temperature is reached. The unit is powered by a 3V~3.6V power supply. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.8V. It presents a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. As it's a Surface Mount device, it makes it easy to install and detach it. To keep the PMIC working normally, it is advised to set the supply current to 9.1mA. It is included in the Teridian™ series.
