Description
The 78M6610 PSU is a single-core energy measurement processor designed for single-phase power supplies. It monitors AC/DC power converters in data centers and IT server rooms. The device is available in 24-pin QFN or 16-pin TSSOP packages.
The 78M6610 PSU has four analog inputs for voltage, current, and optional temperature sensors. A single converter front-end with a high-resolution delta-sigma converter processes the sensor data. An embedded 24-bit energy measurement processor (EMP) and firmware perform calculations, compensation, and data formatting for real-time reporting. The device has integrated flash memory for storing calibration coefficients and input configuration settings.
The 78M6610 PSU interfaces with host processors via UART, SPI, or I²C. It supports current sensors such as Current Transformers (CT) and Resistive Shunts.
