In order for the circuit to be protected from problems, mechanical temperature sensors should have a resistance of [0]. It is critical that the minimum operating temperature of this electronic part not be below 0°C for the part to function properly. However, mechanical temperature sensors are capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260°C.
