The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 10μA @ 16.7V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 5%.The reverse leakage current reaches zero at its maximum.Setting the working test voltage to 115mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 17.6mV/°C.For its operation, the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) 1.5V @ 2A is supplied.
