XC6118N45CGR-G Overview
There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 4-UDFN Exposed Pad functions for your reference. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. In a 2V supply voltage, the power management conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. Power management is also possible to add other features such as DETECT VOLTAGE IS 4.5 VOLT to name a few.
