XC3S400A-5FT256C Overview
There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. Its 195 I/Os help it transfer data more efficiently. A fundamental building block contains 8064 logic elements or cells. Power is provided by a 1.2V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. During the installation of this device, 160 outputs were incorporated. In total, there are a total of 256 terminations on fpga chips. A significant amount of RAM is allocated to this FPGA module to ensure that the program can operate normally. This cable has 256 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. With a 1.2V supply voltage, designers can fully utilize the flexibility of the device. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C can be reached by this module. Over 0°C should be the operating temperature. 400000 gates make up the basic block of its construction. Featuring 256 pins in total, it is a versatile device.
