FPGA uses a nice 20-LCC (J-Lead) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for the external environment.As a qualified employee, I can operate within 0°C~70°C.Through In System Programmable, it is programmable.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.XC18V01 will give you other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.With different functions, 20 terminations can be used.3.6V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 3V is a must.The memory chip in this picture is called a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.When soldering in reflow mode, the temperature should be kept below 245 at all times during the soldering process.20 pins are present.PARALLEL/SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the PARALLEL/SERIAL-processing algorithm.An operating voltage of 0.025mA is allowed for the memory chip.Parts come with 20 pins.FPGA is a 33MHz-frequency memory IC.In order for the part to function safely and reliably as part of a circuit, 3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part prior to use in order to ensure that it will work properly.More specifically, it's a kind of Flash Memories.
