Description
The Intersil X9314 is a solid-state nonvolatile potentiometer, ideal for digitally controlled resistance trimming. It consists of a resistor array with 31 resistive elements and tap points accessible to the wiper element. The wiper position is controlled by CS, U/D, and INC inputs and can be stored in nonvolatile memory for recall upon power-up.
