Description
The VNH7013XP-E is an automotive integrated H-bridge designed for driving DC motors in various automotive applications. It features a dual channel and two single-channel MOSFETs, all fabricated using STMicroelectronics' VIPower MO-S7 technology. The device is housed in a PowerSSO-36 TP package with exposed die pads for enhanced thermal performance and symmetrical mechanical design for improved manufacturability.
