ULQ2003A Description
The ULQ2003A are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays with seven open collector Darlington pairs with common emitters in each. Each channel is rated at 500 mA and can handle 600 mA peak currents. For inductive load driving, suppression diodes are added, and the inputs are pinned opposite the outputs to simplify board layout. All common logic families are supported by the versions.
ULQ2003A Features

50 V output voltage
a product of automotive grade in a SO16 packaging
Integrated inductive load suppression diodes
For increased current, outputs can be paralleled.
Inputs that are compatible with TTL/CMOS/PMOS/DTL
To make the arrangement easier, inputs are pinned opposite outputs.
ULQ2003A Applications
ULQ2003A devices can drive a variety of loads, including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads, and high-power buffers.
