UCC5614DPTR Overview
A 9 termination occurs when a transmission line is terminated with a device that matches its characteristic impedance. Because of its low package cost, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is widely used in the electronic industry. Tape & Reel (TR)'s packaging is made of the same materials. Using Surface Mount, it's mounted on a PCB. It is not recommended to exceed 0°C~70°C for the Operating Temperature. This is a standard-qualified material. A 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage is provided to ensure normal operation. 16-SOIC is the device package used by the supplier.
