TPS650240RHBT Overview
32-VFQFN Exposed Pad is the appropriate package for battery instrument. POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is the analog IC used by this power management IC. We have 2 channels available. 32 pins are on it. The package contains a Tape & Reel (TR) case. This electronic component is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. In addition to Power Management functions, it can deliver other functions as well. To best deliver its performance, the electronic part should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA. Chemistries for this electrical part are Lithium Ion/Polymer. Always keep this transceiver ic set to 3.6V. A TPS650240 family is used in it. Vsup reaches 6V as the maximum supply voltage. The supply (Isup) must provide 2.5mA more than 2.5mA current. It is specified that the operating supply voltage for this battery instrument is 6V. There is an option to power the system battery under 6V voltage. A voltage below 2.5V is suitable for running the power IC. There is a maximum current available to the transceiver ic of 1.6A.
