TOP244Y Overview

One such series that utilizes this technology is TOPSwitch®-GX, which is designed for high-efficiency offline power supplies. This series is compliant with JESD-609 Code e0, which ensures the quality and reliability of the components. Additionally, the Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) for this series is 1 (Unlimited), meaning it can withstand unlimited exposure to moisture without any damage. The technology used in TOPSwitch®-GX is CMOS, which allows for low power consumption and high-speed operation. Although the Peak Reflow Temperature (Cel) is not specified, this series is still highly reliable and efficient.
