Description
TLE4253GSXUMA2 Overview
The package is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Adjustable. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC voltage regulator must be maintained at -40°C~150°C degrees for it to function. As you can see, this regulator's output function is configured to be Positive. At present, it can produce an output of up to 250mA. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. The Automotive, AEC-Q100, OPTIREG™ Series is a series of products made by D-Link. As a general rule, it is recommended that you use the IC voltage regulator when temperatures are below 150°C degrees Celsius. At the lowest operating temperature that can be reached by the chip, it is -40°C.
