Description
The TLC5926/TLC5927 is a 16-channel constant-current LED sink driver designed for LED lighting and display applications. It features open-load, shorted-load, and overtemperature detection, as well as constant-current control. The device has a 16-bit shift register and data latches that convert serial input data into parallel output format. The output stage consists of 16 regulated-current ports that provide uniform and constant current for driving LEDs with a wide range of forward voltage variations.
