With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 3mV. Using a supply current of 6.6mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. 1 channels are available on the instrumentation amplifier. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 85°C degrees.
