Description
The THS10064 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with four analog inputs that are sampled simultaneously. These inputs can be configured as single-ended or differential. The ADC has an integrated 16-word deep FIFO for data storage, and internal reference voltages of 1.5 V and 3.5 V. It operates from a single 5-V analog supply and has a low power consumption of 216 mW max. The THS10064 is available in a TSSOP package and is pin-compatible with the 12-bit THS1206.
