Description
TFPT0805L1000FV Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR), these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. PTC thermometers have 2 terminations. It has a total of 2 pins. A PTC thermistor could supply 40V voltage when it is in operation. If the thermistor can't transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating, it'll overheat. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 40V voltage. The PTC thermistors should emit 100mW heat. To ensure reliable performance, this thermistor should operate at a maximum voltage of 40V.
