TESP5700 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, Side View packages for safety purposes. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 215mW heat. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. In order to get current to flow across a photodiode, there must be a voltage of 1.3V. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 60V. A photodiode conducts 1nA current without light input.
